Macerato di Piombaia



Grapes: 100% Sangiovese Grosso

Denomination: Red wine

Harvest time: mid October, manual in boxes half in october, manual in basket

Vinification: in steel tanks with no temperature control, no added yeasts and sulfites; maceration 6 months in amphora with 5% stems and skins, then 1 month in steel tanks, stabilization, cleaning and natural filtration in steel tanks outside the winery, aging three years in bottle.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Pairing: Meditation wine, excellent with not too strong or spicy meat ragü cuisine, grilled meat grilled, medium-aged cheeses
