Harvest period: month of October, by hand in crates

Vinification: in steel tanks without controlled temperature for 25 days

Refinement: 1 year in 15 hl barrels and 6 months of refinement in the bottle

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Pairing: First courses with meat sauce, fresh and medium-aged cheeses

Tasting Notes: Violet ruby red view, transparent and bright, with floral scent and notes with a sweet, herbaceous and purple fruit tendency. Equipped with freshness and great drinkability. When drunk morello cherry, currant with a slight perception of Slavonian oak
