Vinification: steel without temperature control, spontaneus fermentation, no sulphites addicted, 19 days of maceration with the skins
Ageing: tonneaux french oak and large oak (15 and 30 HL) for 36 months and 1 year of ageing in bottle
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Tasting Notes: Intense and brilliant ruby red color, balsamic aroma with beautiful persistence, black berried fruits with spiciness on the finish, structured, clean and mineral
Combination: game, grilled meat, mushrooms, roast meat, seasoned cheeses
